Frosting Paint (non-edible)
- 1 cup powdered tempera paint
- 2 tbsps. wallpaper paste
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup liquid laundry starch
Mix tempera paint with wallpaper paste. Add starch, mixing until thick
enough to spread - like frosting. Place paint on a plastic lid and use
popsicle sticks to spread.
