Zee Valentine's Day Brunch
Get a heart-shaped cookie cutter, and four slices of bread. Cut a heart out of the center of each slice of bread. (You can save those little hearts and toast them and put a dollop of jelly on each one and use as garnish. But the part you are really interested in is the full slice, crust and all.) Grab four eggs. Melt a little butter over medium heat in a skillet. Put two slices of bread down in the butter. Crack an egg over each heart-shaped hole. When the egg gets firm, flip over. Cook for a minute or two more, till the yolk is no longer runny (unless you like it a little runny). Repeat with other two pieces of bread and those leftover eggs. Eat.
