Fall, or Autumn is one of the most beautiful seasons of the year. As the leaves start to change color in many parts of the world a natural scene of beauty unfolds. You can capture that beauty easily by collecting and preserving the colored leaves....it's easy!
Collecting and Pressing Fall Leaves

Step #2

Drying Leaves Before you press your leaves it is a good idea to make sure they are dry and flat.

Place the leaves you wish to press between two sheets of newspaper.

Place heavy books on top of your leaves.

Allow to flatten and dry for at least 24 hours.

While you are waiting for the leaves to dry you can look online or in books to identify your leaves.
