New manga series "LadyStar Relic of Battle"
The new company has already released its first manga, part one of a four-part series titled "Relic of Battle," which is set between the second and third volumes of the main LadyStar storyline. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
Palace in the Sky Productions has launched an impressive publishing schedule for the series, with volume #2 of the manga already in pre-production, and plans underway for a seperate series of genre novels based on the epic story about a group of seven girls who become powerful warriors as they search for the key to an ancient and magnificent legend.
Heavy Cat Multimedia is also currently making the main LadyStar story available as a series of free daily updates on the Official LadyStar Web Site, complete with full-color illustrations and a musical soundtrack.
Manga are being sold through the site's Gift Shop for a special introductory price, along with a selection of over 100 officially licensed items, including t-shirts and posters featuring the many LadyStar characters.
