A little bit different but very good!
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp butter flavoring
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup white vanilla/white chocolate chips
oven to 350F and Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar.
Cream until light and fluffy. Add in eggs
and butter flavor and mix well.
Add flour, oats, baking soda and salt and mix
well again. Stir in cranberries and vanilla chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart
onto cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until
edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute than remove
to wire racks and cool at least 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
