Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter
  • Leftover mashed potatoes
  • powdered sugar
  • melting chocolate [optional]
Instructions
 Take 1 cup peanut butter add two cups mashed potatoes and add 3-4 cups of powdered sugar.

Mix all ingredients well, roll into balls chill until firm.

You may melt chocolate and dip balls. Let set and serve. Yummy!
