Usually made for Thanksgiving, but it's so yummy I don't think it matters
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup (Karo)
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. nut meats
Instructions
Mix in order, stirring well after each addition. Pour into unbaked
pie shell. (9 in.) and bake in 350 degree oven approx. 40 - 45 mnutes or
until crust is nicely brown. Cool.
