Trash Ghoul:
Here's an inexpensive and quick costume for kids:
Cut arm and head holes in trash bag. Put on as a dress. Tape candy
wrappers, soda cans, and various other articles of trash on bag. Use a trash
can lid as at hat. Dangle more trash from strings attached to the trash can
lid hat . You can wear some old ratty cloths underneath.
