My idea is a Gothic Maiden.
This may take some time and a little money.
Go to a Goodwill or 2nd Glance store and buy a black dress. If it has sleeves cut them off.
Buy red lace enough to make long sleeves that are a little big, sew a piece of lace together as a sleeve and sew to the sleeves of dress.
To the back of the dress make a hood to go over your head out of the lace to make more scary. Sew to the back top of dress.
