No Face Guy: Buy a large cape and put it over your body. Cut very, very small eyeholes. Then, make paper cones and make them in an X shape on the front of your cape. And buy an axe to go with the costume. Wear black shoes and black gloves. Thanks to Ethan for this creepy idea!
