First, get a mask that makes you look like the Ring Wraiths from the Lord of the Rings, the kind where you can see out but nobody can see in. Then, get a cheap skate board.
Hooded sweatshirt,(doesn't have to be a skate boarding one, but it helps) and put the mask on. Then, put the hood up over the mask. Wear some jeans and then just grab your skateboard and look awesome!!!
I have been this for two years and it is still the best costume ever.

Dead Punk Skateboarder
Find a very scary mask and put it on. Then, put a beanie hat on. Get a black hooded sweater and put it on.
Find some baggy ripped up jeans and hook a chain to the side. Put some cool tattoos on your body and if you want carry a skateboard around.
Now you are a cool dead punk skateboarder.
