Get a pink, short hair wig (if you don't already have short hair). Then wear a pair of tight jeans and a shirt that shows your belly button!
Wear chunky boots, get a fake nose ring, and put on temporary tatoos!
Then ta da! You've got a perfect Halloween costume.
