Get some white fabric and make a tiny dress out of it, letting it cover one shoulder. Then make the ends jagged so it looks like it was ripped back in the stone age.
If you don't have red hair get a can of hair spray paint and make your hair red after you've put it up in an extremely high pony tail.
For her necklace purchase large Styrofoam balls with holes in the middle (available at craft stores) and string them into a necklace. Don't wear shoes and you're good to go!
