You can be Bow Wow for Halloween. Buy a black bandana and put a baseball cap on top of the black bandana.
Then you get a big white t-shirt and baggy jeans (you can put a jersey on top of the t-shirt).
You can put on a chain if you want.
Also buy sweat bands for your arm.
