Toddlers & Tiaras: My Halloween costume idea is to be a toddler and tiara. If you have ever seen the TV show Toddlers and Tiaras with the little pageants girls. You could dress up and look exactly like them. The tutu, wigs, heels, makeup, etc. It would be adorable and funny. Thanks to Susan for this great idea!
