Porcelain Dolls: I have a great Halloween costume idea for small children. I didn't have that much money last year so, I dressed my 2 year old son and my 4 year old daughter in their Christmas outfits. Painted there face white, and applied make-up for both. Then I curled my daughter's hair. They went trick or treating as porcelain dolls. They were SO cute! Thanks to Steph for this great idea!
