I bought a red and white striped TALL hat at Walmart (cheap). I used an old grey sweat suit and sewed on a white oval to the front for the cat's tummy. Paint face like the cat. Sew up an old/new piece of grey material into a tube and stuff with anything you find. tie or sew to back of pants. Put on your hat! It helps to memorize some silly passages from Dr.Suess books too! Don't forget a red neck or bow-tie!!!!
