Even though 2Pac is dead, to remember him we can be him for Halloween.
To be Tupac you can get black baggy jeans and put them down a little. Then find either something that looks like a bullet proof vest or instead you can wear some color of a tank top (I recommend black).
Get some cool shoes and find a death row records chain (or just a chain). Then get a bandana and put it on like the one on top. All you need to do is put some fake or real ear and a nose rings on.
And then you’re Tupac. R.I.P Tupac
