Punk Rock Prom Queen:
Wear wide legged pants, like blue jeans, preferably dragging on the ground. Add a simple black T-shirt, or your choice of shirts with or without offensive and/or morbid slogans and messages.
With a few nail-studded bits of leather jewelry, you can top it off with a thorny tiara and a sash that reads "punk rawk prom queen."
You may add an anarchy symbol if you wish. I know that's not how you spell rock, and it does annoy me, but one of my friends did this and it was hilarious.
