Beatnik: One year I did this at the last minute! First you take a long black skirt and place it over your head onto your shoulders. Then you take a beret (painters hat) and some black bell-bottoms. You can also put on some dark makeup and get some old bongos or something!! Thanks to Kaila for this clever idea.
