List of things you'll need:
*Vibrant and colorful colors!
- pantyhose
- leg warmers
- ballet shoes
- shorts
- leotard
- a T-shirt you don't use anymore cut in half or 1/4 off
- head sweat band
- purple or blue eye shadow
- red lipstick or lip gloss
- light pink blush
Voila!
*sweep ponytail to side of head for ultra cute look!
