For a great idea you could be the lucky charms guy!
Get a green shirt and pants with a green jacket and a big green hat. Dye your hair (temporary) orange or get a wig.
Carry a box of lucky charms and when someone you know comes near you yell "AHHH! you're after my Lucky Charms!!"
