Bag Lady: To be a Bag Lady: With either double sided tape, Velcro or tacky/craft glue (whichever works best) fasten old plastic and paper grocery bags (all different varieties) to a sweat suit or old coat (one that you may not want to worry about being ruined). Carry another grocery bag filled with things like crumpled newspaper, rocks, other bag lady type stuff. Wear hair messy and wear an old pair of dirty worn out sneakers.
