Take a pink or white sweat suit and get pink and white balloons and blow them up and pin them to your sweat suit.
Sprinkle glitter all over you then put on a shower cap and get a bath sponge!

Another Idea
For the bubble bath, get a large toy tub and cut the bottom out, then add straps to the sides and wear it as a tub for your bubble bath costume.
I borrowed this idea from my neighbor who dressed up as bubble bath one year.
She looked really cute. She even added an empty box of Mr. Bubble to it!!!!
