Laundry basket with dirty clothes (this i have not yet seen) - i cut the
whole bottom of an oblong plastic laundry basket - tied black rope or string
(whatever is comfortable for shoulders) so you can strap over your shoulders
- and pinned all kinds of clothes to it. so when you put this on you step
into it - drape ties over shoulders and looks like dirty clothes in basket -
also add an empty bottle (or box) of detergent and bounce in basket somewhere
-- being a female I put my hair in a pony tail on top of my head and used
hair pins to pin socks and underwear around it. (of course you want to use
your cleanest stuff -- lol ). It's pretty funny (especially with the
underwear and socks on head) and cheap I thought.

Another Idea
I think a good idea for a Halloween costume is a laundry basket. To do it you need:
- A laundry basket
- Old clothes/towels
You cut a hole in the laundry basket and use towels for suspenders to hold it up. Then fill basket with clothes and have them hanging off the side of you and your basket.
