Weather Report: A friend of my husband's did this. He wore a light blue turtleneck with cotton balls glued all over it and carried a spray bottle of water. When anyone asked what he was, he sprayed them and said "partly cloudy with a chance of showers." Thanks to Kathy for this unique idea!
