A road kill costume is really is easy to make:
Just a take a gray or white sweat suit, a cat accessory kit (one with the
ears and tail) and either a black magic marker or black puff paint. Paint 2
black tire tracks (an alternating pattern of triangle and diamond shapes)
across the front of the sweat suit one about chest level and one across the
legs. For more effect red paint can be splattered across the tire tracks to
look like blood.

Another Idea
Hey here's an idea. why not dress up like Road Kill? All you need to do is get black paint and a tire get the paint and paint the tire tread and then roll it over a white T-shirt. Then make fake blood and put it all over and the YOU ARE ROAD KILL
