Plastic Bag Ghost
Another fun easy Ghost craft.
Materials
- Balloons
- White plastic garbage bags
- Black marker
- String
- Scissors
- Masking tape
General Instructions
- Cover inflated balloons with the white plastic garbage bags.
- Gather the bags under each balloon and tie off to form a head with the a piece of string.
- Draw a face on the bag with markers.
- Tape another piece of string to the top of the head to hang!! Great for outside since they are waterproof!!
