Students who, on June 15, 2009 are at least 6 years of age or under 18 years of age and are enrolled in grades 1 to 12 and live in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut are eligible to compete in the Meet the Breeds Art Contest sponsored by the American Kennel Club and Cat Fanciers Association.
