Summer Snacks
Snack of the Day - Trail Mix
What you Need:
  • 1 Tablespoon butter or hard margerine
  • 1 Cup peanuts
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower seeds [shelled]
  • 1 1/4 Cup raisins
  • 2/3 Cup dried Apricot in pieces
  • Sprinkle of Salt
Instructions:
Melt butter frying pan over medium heat. Add peanuts aned sunflower seeds. Stir often. When they turn brownish remove from heat, pour into a bowl and allow to cool.

Add raisins and apricots. Stir. Sprinkle with salt. Stir. Taste, add more salt if needed. You can store in a sealed container.
