Adult supervision required.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Measure approximately 6 tablespoons dry ingredients into a mixing bowl - add hot water and cold water.
Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze.
Remaining dry ingredients may be stored in airtight container to make more popsicles at a later date.
