Some parental supervision needed
- 300 ml - 1 3/4 cups All purpose flour
- 75 ml - 1/3 cup sugar
- 10 ml - 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 175 ml - 3/4 cup milk
- 50 ml - 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 175 ml - 3/4 cup blueberries
In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and 1 ml - 1/4 teaspoon salt. Make a well in centre. Combine egg, milk and oil; add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened. Fold in blueberries.
Lightly grease muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Fill 2/3 full with batter.
Bake in 200 degree Celsius - 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes. Makes about 10-12 muffins.
