September 11th, 2001 - We Remember

We Remember

September 11th, 2001 changed the lives of people around the world. On this Tuesday morning the United States was attacked by terrorists in New York and Washington.

Hijacked jetliners hit the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon outside Washington. A fourth hijacked plane crashed into a field in Pennsylvania.

Thousands lost their lives.

Despite the tragedy the United States and much of the world became united against such acts of terrorism. This act of terror did not succeed, instead it brought us closer together as a nation and a world with peaceful allies.

On this one year anniversary of the attack let us remember the victims, their families and the many heroes of September 11th.
