Patch Expands Lauri Brand with Puzzles, Other Activities|
BELOIT, Wis.—New crepe rubber puzzle titles and an educational pegboard set are among the items Patch Products is adding to its popular Lauri brand.
Crepe Rubber Puzzles—Lauri's famous crepe rubber puzzles are now available in Caterpillar and Turtle themes in addition to more than 30 other titles. Each puzzle is packaged in a convenient storage tray. Lauri's crepe rubber is bright, soft, durable, latex free and washable. The puzzle pieces won't curl, crease or tear.
Tall-Stacker™ A-Z Uppercase Pegboard Set — Playing with these large letter-shaped foam pegboards provides kids with a fun way to learn letter recognition and improve hand-eye coordination as they fit the pegs into each letter. The set for ages 3 and up includes 26 letter pegboards, 130 Tall-Stacker pegs and a carrying case.
Enchanted Kingdom and Ocean Animals Dot-2-Dot™ Lacing — In these two new titles, kids connect the dots by lacing the numbered holes in sequence to give each object its shape. All kits include six lacing cards and six laces. The activities for ages 3 and up are an entertaining way to pass the time in the car, at home or at school. In addition, the lacing activity develops the pincer grip, which is important to acquiring good penmanship.
Peel & Stick™ foam art kits — This craft project has four new titles available. Peel & Stick By Number for ages 5 and up now offers Pets and Farm titles. Each kit includes four numbered scene boards and more than 3,800 foam mosaic squares on easy-to-use sheets. For ages 4 and up, Enchanted Kingdom and Farm theme are available in Peel & Stick Jr., which includes three numbered scene boards and more than 160 large, thick foam shapes that are easy for little hands to handle.
Colors & Shapes Early Learning Center™ — This kit focuses on some of the skills kids need to learn before starting kindergarten. The fun and colorful format teaches them to identify shapes and colors by completing tasks, to recognize shapes and colors of objects in their environment and to develop grouping and classifying skills through game play. The kit's convenient storage box provides easy access and keeps everything together when not in use.
