I could easily see using this game to supplement a study on Ancient History, but it also has value in using Latin, studying specific parts of the Roman Empire (i.e. furniture, currency, daily life etc.). The fact that it’s fun makes it even better! - Brandy, http://homeschoolblogger.com/kingdomacademy/777458/
Your students will feel like they are really on an archaeological dig, and will learn about Roman life and how kids like them lived long ago… This program would be a fun supplement to your homeschool studies! - Jodi, http://thehomeschooldesk.com/2011/02/dig-it-games-tos-review.html
As a parent, I was happy to educational features built into the game…. One cold day, I set the three boys up to play this game and they all played for as long as I would let them. I knew then that Roman Town was something special, when an educational game kept three active boys busy for over an hour with no disagreements. - Jill, http://clarkclancraziness.blogspot.com/2011/02/dig-it-games-roman-town.html
