You don’t need to buy anything to enter. You must live in the United States or Canada to play. However, you can’t play if you live in Florida or Quebec or if it’s illegal to play where you live. Many will enter the contest, but only a five will win prizes.

How to play:
1. To enter the contest online, go to the “Official Opening” page at http://kidsturncentral.com/topics/toys/ugogrlsweeps.htm You then must "ENTER" the sweepstakes on the Enter Contest link. If you are under the age of 13, you will be asked to provide your parent’s or legal guardian’s e-mail address so that we can get their permission accept your prize IF you win.

2. Only online entries are accepted.

3. Contest begins at 11:59 P.M. EST on 10/18/05. You may enter the contest as many times as you wish, each week, via the Internet. We are not responsible for any telephone connection problems, electrical or computer problems, or if you enter your information wrong, delayed by computer problems, lost, late, or damaged. All entries become our property. We will not let you know we receive it. All entries over the Internet must be received before 11:59 PM Eastern Time 11/20/05. People entering the sweepstakes through the Internet must be using their own valid e-mail address. Those under 13 will require a parents email address to get permission.

SELECTION OF WINNERS AND WHO CAN PLAY.
We will choose the winners in (12)twelve random drawings from all of the eligible entries we receive. There will be (12) twelve winners. The random drawings will take place on or about the day following the end of contest. Winners will be contacted via email to confirm eligibility and request information for delivery of prize. If winners are under 18 parents will be contacted via email. If you, your parents, your children, your husband or wife, sister or brother or their wife or husband works for Kids' Turn Central, its advertising and promotion agencies or sponsors, you can not play.

PRIZES.
Twelve (12) random draws will take place. Each winner will receive one box of 20 packs of U Go Grl Activity Cards. Cards provided by LocaSmarts LLC.. You can’t trade your prize for other prizes and you can’t take money instead of your prize. We can change your prize if we want to, but you’ll get something at least as good. All taxes and all other expenses that go along with receiving and or use of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

Winners are responsible if they get hurt, cause damage, or claim that something bad happened to them because they took part in this contest, accepted and or used the prize and release Kids' Turn Central, and LocaSmarts LLC, from any such responsibility. We reserve the right to not let someone play if they have purposely not followed the rules.

Any winners from Canada are required to complete a skill testing question before being awarded prize.

Minor Policy For Entry: Children under 13 must provide their parent or legal guardian’s e-mail address. We will notify the parent or legal guardian if the child wins a prize and will send a parental permission form.

If you win and are under the age of 18, parents will be contacted to get permission to accept the prize and obtain delivery of prize information. No postal address is required to enter contest. This information is only required from winners for delivery of prize.
