LOS ANGELES --(Business Wire)-- Nov 26, 2008 D3Publisher (D3P), a publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software, today announced that its phenomenally successful action platformer Ben 10: Protector of Earth has sold 2.5 million units worldwide. Based on the top-rated Cartoon Network original series that has become a favorite among boys, the game allows players to take on the role of hero Ben Tennyson, who uses the DNA-scrambling Omnitrix to morph into different alien forms and protect the Earth from danger. Ben 10: Protector of Earth is currently available on store shelves nationwide for the suggested retail price of $19.95 for the Wii™ home video game system, PlayStation3 computer entertainment system, Nintendo DS™ and the PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system.

In Ben 10: Protector of Earth, the first game based on the Cartoon Network series, players take on the role of Ben Tennyson and, using the power of the alien Omnitrix device that has attached itself to Ben’s wrist, become the only everyday kid to take on super powers and change into alien forms as they save the world through the game’s diverse challenges, puzzles and skirmishes.
BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE The Game, the highly anticipated follow-up to Ben 10: Protector of Earth, was released on October 28, 2008. Just like in the Cartoon Network television series on which it is based, the sequel begins five years after Ben put away the DNA-scrambling Omnitrix.
