19-year-old Jeni, has provided these fun, easy craft ideas for every day use, holiday crafting and a great way to keep children busy when babysitting. Jeni has been crafting and babysitting for many years.
Cover a small cardboard box with construction paper. Cut out a head, wings and a tail from poster board. Decorate with markers or crayons and glue the body parts in place.
- Small cardboard box
- Construction paper
- Poster board
- 3 inch plastic foam ball
- Table knife
- Wooden or plastic stir sticks
Cut a 3 inch plastic foam ball in half with a table knife. Color one half with a marker. Save the other half for anothe bird.
Poke stir sticks into the bottom of the box for legs and add glue. Let dry. Push the legs into the plastic foam ball half and add glue.
Cut feet from paper and glue them to the ball.
