Needs: Bill: A Bill Clinton mask A nice suit Dress shoes Make up for a black eye or other injuries Hillary: A Hillary Clinton mask Nice dress . Heels . Boxing gloves Monica: Wig w/ long brown hair . Beret Blue Dress Heels Fishnet Stockings Make up (smudged lipstick!) What to do: Dress the guy up like Bill Clinton, but add injuries! Put his arm in a cast, give him a black eye, split lip, etc. Smother his face (and other parts of the body ... appropriate to age, please.) with lipstick. Dress the first girl up like Hillary Clinton, but make sure to give her boxing gloves and other accessories. Dress the second girl like Monica Lewinsky, with fishnet stockings, the legendary blue dress, heels, and the wig and beret. Make sure to go heavy on the make up, and smudge the lipstick noticeably!
