Gypsy: Tie a scarf around your hair and use some nail polish. Dark colors are good. Wear a flowing dress. Color? Doesn't matter. Take a ball and cover it with foil. Voila! a crystal ball. Optional: Put some baby powder on your face for a somewhat scary effect. This is the CHEAPEST costume I know how how to make. Usually people don't need to buy ANYTHING. Hope this helps.
