Newsie: Hello! I have an idea for a Halloween costume, that I think MANY people would enjoy! It's... a Newsie! (If you don't know what that is, a Newsie is a young boy or girl from the late 1800's, early 1900's in New York city, most of whom were orphans, who sold newspapers to people on the street to support themselves.) What you'll need to dress like a Newsie: A white button-up long sleeve shirt A dark-colored button-up long sleeve shirt A brown or black vest Dark pants Suspenders Long socks Brown boots or shoes Newsboy cap Messenger bag [optional] Newspapers [optional] Put the white shirt on first, then put the darker shirt over it, rolling the sleeves to your elbows. Hook the suspenders to the pants, and put the vest on. Pull socks up high, as far as they will go, and put on the shoes. Put on hat. Place old newspapers in your messanger bag, and walk around yelling things like "Extra! Extra! Baby born with three heads! Read all about it!!". Hope you like that idea!
