For Halloween two years ago I was a Clash Man. It is easy to do.
Just find clothes that don't match. I wore one toe sock I borrowed from my sister, one sandal and one gym shoe, one short sock, crazy looking shorts, a flannel shirt, Santa suspender, one long glove, and an alien mask.
I went with a friend and I had him ask if the person thought I was a boy or a girl. They had no idea all the time.
Great to do if you are hiding from someone.
