Affordable by finding a glitzy formal dress at a thrift
shop or in a family members pile of forgotten clothes
from the 80's. A short dress with sequins or beading
works just fine.
Just make sure that there is plenty of
stuffing room in the chest. You can use balloons or 7"
foam balls found in the toy aisle.
Accompanied by a
blonde wig and some big gaudy earrings you have the
look of a superstar.
