Get a red and yellow ringer T-shirt (red t-shirt with yellow collar and sleeve ends). If you can't find one, then get a red T-shirt and use yellow paint around the collar and sleeve ends.
Get bib overall shorts, pair of socks, and white sneakers with blue accents.
Get a pair of glasses. If you don't wear glasses, then get a pair of sunglasses (must have slightly big frames), and remove the lens.
Finish it off with a straight purple wig with straight bangs.
