First you have to choose striped socks with white. Let's say pink with white but they have to be long socks up to your knees.
Wear shorts that cover the rest of your leg and since you have pink socks get pink shorts too. For the shirt use a rainbow color shirt.
For the ears, you can buy in a Halloween store but they have to be big and pointy, try to get the same color of the socks and shorts.
Get a pink long haired wig and make sure it's puffy from the top. If any of your skin shows, paint it the color of the socks. Whatever color you use for the socks use that for shorts, ears, wig, shoes and skin.
