Luna Lovegood: My idea is to be Luna Lovegood! Wear a long black robe, scraggle your hair, make a necklace of bottle-caps, print a cover for the Daily Prophet, and bug your eyes and say obvious things all evening. Another Idea I'm planning to be Luna this year, and here’s my ideas: scraggly, dirty blonde long hair big eyes, surprised look bottle cap necklace, radish earrings long black robes stick as a wand behind left ear create a cover to a magazine entitled The Quibbler which has a picture of Harry Potter on the front make your voice dreamy and say random, made up things like “Don't you feel like there is a Wrackspurt zooming around?
